The core of the Libra mattress is made of Bonell springs. This is a traditional spring system that consists of individual, spiral springs connected to each other in the form of rectangular blocks. Each Bonell spring has an hourglass shape and is connected to adjacent springs with wire. The springs are covered on both sides with a felt underlay.
Felt is a fibrous material that acts as an additional layer of insulation and support. On one side of the mattress, there is a 1 cm-thick layer of coconut fibre. Coconut fibre is a natural material that provides ventilation and additional stability. The entire mattress, on both sides, is covered with 2 cm-thick T25 foam. T25 foam is a type of polyurethane foam with a specific density which affects comfort and support.
