1. What is the order delivery time?
We ship most of the goods within 2-4 weeks.
Standard delivery time for cabinet furniture such as chest of drawers, wall units, wardrobes, bedroom sets s about 15-30 working days. We have some furniture in stock, so please contact with us to confirm delivery time.
In the case of upholstery (lounge suites, sofas, couches, corner sofas, tables and chairs) delivery time is approx. 15-30 days.
The delivery time can be 5-10 days longer during holiday period (before Christmas or Easter).
2. How much is delivery to the UK?
You can find all of the details concerning delivery in section DELIVERY. The furniture can be shipped to England , Wales and Scotland. If you are interested in shipping to Ireland just please contact with us.
3. Can I change the dimensions, colours of particular elements?
In the case of modular furniture (living room sets, kids/ youth furniture / bedroom furniture) you can change the elements of the system and make your own arrangements.
The dimensions of elements cannot be changed. In the case of such elements as tables, chairs, corner sofas, sofas you can choose fabric colour.
4. Is there any place you can see our products?
Our company concentrates mostly on e-shops so that we can offer our customers the lowest possible prices. Showroom means only additonal costs which can have reflection in higher furniture prices.
5. Is assembly and carry service included in price?
Most of the offered furniture are delivered flat- packed for self assembly.The furniture is delivered by one person so this is why carry and assembly service is not possible. This way of purchase enables us to offer the lowest prices.
The driver can help with carrying furniture but in the case of larger orders we ask our customers to provide 2 persons to carry elements.

7. Can the order be changed after it has status: Proceeding?
You can change your order within 1-3 days. It is of the biggest importance when it comes to upholstery furniture / chairs / tables / custom-made wardrobes.
8. Which methods of payment are accepted?
For most of the elements we offer payment on delivery. In the case of custom made furniture such as upholstery, tables and chairs we require pre payment.
We also accept paymets via PayPal, Credit Cards, Mobile Phone, Money Tranfer.
9. How can I make a complaint?

10. Do we offer discounts?
We do try to offer the lowest possible prices in our general offer. The furniture at lower prices can be found in section: DISCOUNTS.
11. Can I return the product?
In agreement with UE regulations you can return all of the products without giving the reason within 14 working days (we offer 50 days return period). The customer is oblidged to send the goods back at the company address.
The company reserves the right ro reject return in the case the product is damaged.
12. Do the offered products have warranty?
All of the product come with 2 year warranty.
13. Can I pick up the goods personally?
You can collect the purchased goods personally in our warehuse in Carisle. Not all of the goods are in stock so please contact us before purchase.
14. What does 'furniture straight from the producer” mean?
MEBLINE is not only manufacturer but also wholesaler and retailer of Polish furniture in the UK.
Some part of our asortment is produced by us, the other part is collected from trusted Polish producers.
We trust our customers so we offer 50 days to return the product.
